Even the infamous "Terrible" Terry Tate is bound by the rules and etiquette of the employee handbook policy. Not to worry, Terry also has a sensitive side so he should be able to cope. Just to make sure, a sensitivity training workshop consultant is brought in to oversee that Terry is "being good".
