Mining Robot Team
Virginia State University Mining Robot Team is currently building a mining robot for the NASA Robotic Mining Competition which will be held at Kennedy Space Center on May 16-20, 2016.
The team members participating in the competition are Stephen Brown (Senior, Computer Engineering), Gregory Nowlin (Senior, Mechanical Engineering Technology), Frentrell Bratcher (Senior, Computer Engineering), Ronald Hodges (Senior, Computer Engineering), TeShad Chambers (Senior, Computer Engineering), Emmanuel Nikasen (Senior Computer Engineering), Nathan Carrington (Sophomore, Manufacturing Engineering), Benjamin Standfield (Freshman, Manufacturing Engineering), and Walter Manlin (Electrical Engineering Technology).
