Why it is that White Americans has never sued Black American companies for not have White CEO’s or more Whites on the executive board?

I know the answer, but let me see if any of you all know the answer.

While Slaves were being forced into submission, torture and abuse...
Many of them were determined to escape. Heading North!

However, after release from bondage... They stopped running....

My question:
Why did these newly freed slaves stop running?

I know the answer let's see if you know!
