I read somewhere that Jesus came to his own and his own rejected him. There is something wrong with this statement. What is wrong with it is that Jesus’ wrongs are all blamed on his people and Jesus comes out looking good am I right.
Listen, all people rejects their prophet when he comes. Aren’t you all rejecting me? Of course you are for now. So, to say that what went wrong is that the Jewish people rejected Jesus is stupid and irrational thinking.
What went wrong was Jesus rejected his own people. The worst thing a prophet can do is to turn his back on his divine commission directly from God and that is what Jesus did when he rejected his people. Am I making sense?
I know that I am right because weight or the decision to reject is not in the hands of his people. All the weight is in the hands to the prophet to full fill his divine duty. Jesus people had already done their part and that was to produce a clean vessel that God could anoint to resole the problems of his people.
Jesus responsibilities were to spiritually and morally reform his people because they had gone astray again. But, how could Jesus do his due to his people when he rejected them and went to the Gentiles with his divine message that was meant only for his people if he Jesus is not with his people to give God message to his people?
When Jesus understood the magnitude of his error he prayed all night in the Garden of Gethsemane that God would forgive him and God did not forgive him end of story.
When I pray I ask God to forgive him as a one prophet to another prophet!
This is just a piece of light that I am giving out, but it does not affect us because we are not Jewish people and we are not Gentiles.
