Should i Quit

Is there anyone out there that started working a job for 1 week and was ready to quit by the next week? I started a job on friday, Its at a local amusement park, i went for training on friday, i went and they had me working in a booth called "CITY HALL FRIES" I serve chicken strips, french fries, nachos and hot dogs. They had me doing stuff that doesn't really suite me. So tomorrow im going down to the human resources to quit because that aint something i want to do. Im wondering am i wrong for not wanting to stick in there and work it out? I mean i thought when you find a job you find a job that you really like doing? I mean this job is not mandatory im just working to have a extra money in my pocket. My mom wants me to quit because i come home complaining every night plus i leave in august and that takes away time away from my mom, how ever much time i have less and because she has to pick me up and drop me off when i need to go to work. To fix that i decided i was going to take the bus when i needed to. I found out that the bus cost 5 dollars so i worked 8 days in a row thats 40 dollars that i dont have because i get paid every other week. So am i wrong to want to quit after a week? Either way i get my check on friday so does it really matter.
