hard work
Is it me or is it everytime we feel like we need to workout we cant ever get enough courage and discipline to get up and do it ourselves? But when we are working out with someone else we feel we can do the same by ourselves. Is it us or do we always need someone to talk to and push us to our limits?
I don't kno. i think we need the encouragement from others. If u put me in a class or in the gym with others i can do more than i thought, but if i am by myself i quit early b/c there is no one pushing me on.
