WHAT IT IS PEOPLE. I HAVE MANYQUESTIONS ABOUT COLLEGE LIFE. IM FROM NEW YORK AND EVEN THOUGH IM NOT LEAVIN RIGHT AWAY I ALSO KNOW WHEN I HEAD 2 NCCU IT WONT BE LIKE HIGH SCHOOL. SO MANY DAYS I ASK IF IM READY I DUNNO. TRUTHFULLY IM SCARED AS ALL HELL. I KNOW IMMA MAKE GOOD THOUGH B UT IM JUST A LIL WORRIED ALL OF MY CLOSE CHILDHOOD FRIENDS ARE GOING TO HISTORICAL BLACK COLLEGES. THEY SEEM COOL AS IF THERE NOT AFRAID AT ALL THIS IS WHY IM COMIN 2 YALL CAUSE I FEEL LIKE THIS IS THE ONLY TIME ME AND MY FRIENDS ARE NOT INTUNE WITH EACHOTHER. baby girl dont be scared its liek high school just away from home and your really taking responsibility. My advice to you.. always be yourself never lower your standards for anyone, not and organization, not teachers, not friends, and definitely not no peanut head azz lil boy. HBCU's arent everything. I mean Of course they are fun and you get to be around various cultures but me I have to transfer to Columbia collge in chi-town to pursue my dancing career and get my BFA. Friends will be there if they are indeed tru. yall might not talk as much but yall will keep in touch. In the process of finding your TRUE self (and trust me you will) you never knwo you might outgrow some of ur old friends. Baby girl make sure you get ur life right with GOd and he will guide you through everything. Many of us tend to forget about him while we are away from our parent's but trust me he has his way of gettin your attention. EMail me anytime Okay let me knwo how everything is going
