FAMU Dorms
I found out that im gonna be in Wheatley down at FAMU so i would like it if any FAMU student could tell me how it is. Preferably someone who has stayed in that dorm also. Give me all the dirt!!! I wanna know good and bad so i can find out what i should expect. I've heard all the dorms arent that great but i've also heard that there are a few that are just horrible such as Paddyfoote so tell me everything.
Wheatly is fine. My freshmen sis stayed there our freshmen year. I mean I stayed in Phase 3 which was cool except the fact that I didnt have a car and when it rained i wasnt bout to walk to the bus in nobody's rain. DON"T BE LIKE ME THAT'S BAD. Paddyfoote is like being in the projects. Unversity Gardens is like the pretty ghetto is all nice and stuff but everybody be out and about on certain days and NIghts... I stayed there sophmore year. Luckily it was only for of us in a double so we all had separate rooms.. then eventually 2 moved and it was just me and my freshmen sis. Umm Palmetto NORTH...ghetto. Palmetto South.... semi ghetto. Cottages of Magnolia nice you have your own bathroom. mini fridge and microwave. WHat sucks at University Gardens is that the wireless web doesnt work over there so you pretty much have to have your own. But that's all I can think of. If you have anymore questions just email me. I mean 2003 my freshmen year I never was at home anyway cuz I'm in the 100 so I enjoyed it while I could trust me it was plenty of days I longed for my dorm room instead of being on "The Patch" LOL Holla back
