i think you should take the loans and follow your heart... i could've gone to UNC on a scholarship, but when i went to the campus, i felt uncomfortable...so i decided to stay on with A&T... i've had fun since... follow your heart, and pray about it...

If you really want to go to A&T, then do what you need to do to go there because you want your college experience to be fun and enjoyable. And if A&T is where you feel comfortable then go for it. Hampton messed up my financial aid and its gonna be a struggle but thats where i know i'm going to be happy at, so i'm gonna do what ever I have to do. Hold ya head up and Follow your heart!
I'm sorta late...but it depends on what you plan to do after college. If you're going to enter straight into the workforce and will get a high paying job, take the loans. I think you should follow your dreams...only if it doesn't break ya and make you pay in the long run...
The average person deals with it that is in college Sis. It is not pleasant. It is like would You rather have a car with mechanical problems or no car at all and looking for a ride. If course You would rather have neither but if You had a choice of the two.
Many never went to college, state they wish they could go etc.etc.etc.
I am presently dealing with a financial aid hold with graduate school.
Sucks but want to be positive with You.
I know its a process and will be over soon and smooth flowing.
I have to mail off a letter back to them right now as a matter of fact.
Take care

Believe you me, loans are tight, going into my third year, I am blessed that I was able to get loans. However, a significant amount of students use student loans to pay for their education. You should really look at it as an investment. I'm almost 20,000 in student loans. Like the young lady Nichelle said, do what ya heart tells u. Whatever happens know that everything happens for a reason. Peace of mind is what I pray for you doing this decision making process and Blessings on all your future endeavors.
