why can't i post new threads and how do i change that?

To post in the Forums, you'll need to set up an account on the forums page.
Click here to go to the forums page.
Under "HBCUConnect Forums" at the top of the page, click "Register".
Once your account is created, you'll have access to post new threads. Hope this helps!
