Compliments
Can compliements change a person? Why do people take them the way they do?
Some guys won't go out the way to tell a girl that she is attractive. WHY?
Some will say it but in a very inappropriate manner. WHY?
Some guys won't verbally say a word but you can see it on their faces.
Then their are some girl that take a compliment to the head and well you know how that goes.
I prefer those compliments that make me blush and not because they are uncalled for or embarrassing. Yeah sometimes when the guy says D*** and their mouths drop to the ground it is flattering and funny but that is just too much when you are at certain events.
Then there are guys that when you give them a compliment they take it entirely too far. I had one guy to ask me would I be interested in having s*x with him just because I said he had a pretty smile. Then when I said no he called me a stuck up hoe. He then told me that he wouldn't mess with me anyway and according to him he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. Now I know I ain't the finest thing walking but I 've been told enough to know that I ain't ugly neither.
Why is it that a compliment just isn't one any more? What happened to hey I think that you are cute? I would like to be approached in the mal by someone saying "Excuse me" not "PSST A' GIRL".
