Contestant Does Not Recognize Her Sister

This Deal Or No Deal contestant is soooooooo wrapped up in the game, that she fails to realize that one of the models is actually her sister. Even after Howie Mandel continuously tries to hint to her that something is amiss, she still does not get it. I guess she doesn't see her sister too often.
