The difference in Ethnic groups and backgrounds

This morning as i always do i watched the news and everyday i hear about something going wrong in the small town in Springfield, Let alone Liberal State in Massachusettes. This morning i heard 2 stories that bothered the mess out of me. I heard a 10 yr old African American boy was found on the bay of the Connecticut River last night. The reporter said that the boy's mother reported him missing a month ago. See my problem is, Here in Massachusettes we have this system call the Amber Alert( whenever kids go missing the tv sends out a message giving description of the child and where they were last seen) we use this whenever a child is missing. This time the child was missing but there was no Amber Alert. The boy was not announced missing at all on Tv. So this morning they announced they found his body and he in fact was dead, now they are trying to find out how he died which i think they will try to make it sounds as pleasant as possible. You know to make it sound as if it was natural causes. Anyway has anyone ever noticed that when a white child goes missing, people and police are ready to send out search parties and all that stuff but they never send out things like that for african americans. I mean i dont mean to be racist or anything but that really bothers me especially since they try to make it seem like its on us that something happens to us. Like they told the media that the boy ran away thats why they didnt put out an amber alert for him. I mean if you seen a little 10 yr old boy struggling for food and shelter wouldn't you tell the police or someone or ask him where his parents are? I mean this lil boy had to have walked past a couple people and places and was seen. The story they made up just didn't make sence. I mean someone had to have ask asked him where he lives and all that kind of stuff. I mean like i said i have love for you no matter what race color size and type of person you are and to see someone struggling especially if there my race i feel its my duty to help you. Its like your a apart of me. Anyway to put this in lazy man's terms i just feel when african americans go missing or die they dont make a big deal out of it like they do when white people die. Well at least they dont in Springfield. Sorry If this offends anyone but thats how strongly i feel. The other story was about the guy that was the first in Springfield in over 85 yrs to get executed for the bad things he's done. This guy raped and murdered over 20 women and he's 30 something yrs old and hes just now getting executed. I felt people like this need to be punished but not exactly to the extent of execution i mean God has a plan for everyone and if your not doing what God put you on Earth for then your really going to Suffer through his anger if you dont ask for his forgiveness. Anyway this guy died early this morning and right before he died they asked him did he have any thing to say and i guess the guy said no thank you and that set off the victum's family cause he didn't say he was sorry but when you really think about it would you believe the sorrow coming from a rapist and a murderer? I wouldn't so why lie to yourself if you know your not going to be believed? Anyway thats all i have to talk about today so i'll talk later. This is just things on my mind and things i thought people would want to hear whats going in this lil town that Shonda lives in.
