WHHS Jubilee Singers Preparing for Tour Sponsors Needed
Dear Friend(s) of the Warrensville Heights High School Jubilee Singers,
The Warrensville Heights High School Jubilee Singers is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Spring Tour from March 19-28, 2008. This year’s trip will afford the students an opportunity to visit seven historically black colleges and universities, take part in several performances throughout the trip and participate in a variety of historical, educational, and social activities.
Making this event successful this year can only be accomplished with the generosity of you and your organization. By becoming a sponsor for the annual spring tour, you will not only be helping the participating students raise funds to support the trip, but you will also be entitled to participate in a unique promotions opportunity.
In our inaugural year, we traveled with 33 students and had an unbelievable time. The trip may have cost $350.00 but the opportunity was priceless. Students, who may normally do nothing during spring break, loaded the bus with anticipation and excitement in their hearts to explore new opportunities and represent the Warrensville Heights City Schools with style and grace.
Enclosed is a sponsorship brochure that further explains the sponsorship levels and methods of payment in more detail. We are more than happy to discuss any specific situations of your organization’s giving ability. Your support in any way is welcome. So we may include you in any publicity and other printed material, please respond by the priority date of Friday, February 29, 2008. You may participate at various giving levels to the choir, with attractive benefits at each level. Our goal is to have 49 students benefit from this experience.
If you are not the individual in your organization to make the decision regarding our request for sponsorship, we kindly ask that you forward this letter to the appropriate person.
