Interest in a YouTube for black professionals?

I am a former IBM exec and Ernst & Young consultant and have been talking with colleagues. There seems to be a growing interest in a high quality user-created video content site for black professionals to share their success stories and showcase their skills and experience. Job opportunities and ad revenue sharing would be part of the incentive to get people to post. What do you think?

I've been thinking of a similar concept - this could be very profitable, assuming that there is quality content to drive viewership.

I like the idea of focusing on professional development / career development. What would be the focus of the site - would it be a career-oriented site?

Jonathan C:
Yes, the site would be focued on prof development /career-oriented. I would like to invite many organizations into the fold such as the minority grads from the service academies (I attended the US Air Force Academy) as well as HBCUs and associations such as the Black Data Processing Associates, National Black MBA Association and Natl Society of Black Engineers.
