If I could do it all over again...

If I could do it all over again...

I would make sure my HBCU days were the best they could possibly be, because once they're gone, they're gone for good.

I would go to every single one of the 8:00 am classes I missed.

I would start conversations with all the people who could have been friends but I never took the chance to find out.

I would focus less on trying to impress others and more on developing respect for myself.

I would make it a point to thank everyone who touched my life in a small way.

I would remember to keep things in perspective... the days of $1.86 in your bank account will pass but the creativity that gives you in making something out of what you've got never will.

I would give advice to those who could use some, and accept it from those who knew I needed it.

I would spend more time going to football games and chillin with friends, and less time trying to be the perfect businessman.

I would call my parents a lot more than I did.

I would stop complaining about registration and the cafe, and remember what people had to go through to provide us with those things.

I would give people a reason to remember me.

If I could do it all over again.

For me, it would be not to worry about anything or anyone and be content being by myself on campus.
