Class of 2010 - Preparing for College Are You Ready? The Time Is Now!!!
With this in mind, I decided to create a college preparation packet for parents and students to use as a guide to assist them in preparing for college and obtaining various college opportunities. This information was gathered over the years from me preparing my oldest son and daughter for college. I used various sources and individuals to gain this information. It didn’t happen overnight, but through my determination to know, it was received openly.

Also because the ACT/SAT is very important in the college acceptance process, I ask especially that the Class of 2010 enroll in the next ACT exam scheduled in October and SAT Exam. If registration has expired for both, but students can apply as Standby Tester on the day of the exam. There is an extra fee for both (ACT is $39 and SAT is $36.50) Space is limited need to come early with your application packet complete allong with the correct registration fees. If you choose going in as a Standby Tester, make sure you go to the registration location early, have your application packet completed along with the correct registration fee. Try to choose a site that won't be packed or croweded with already registered students so that you will have a better chance in gaining admittances for the exam.
The reason you might consider taking the exams in June, is because the next available exams are scheduled in October (a few areas in September) and many of the deadlines for college applications to include the most recent ACT/SAT exam are by the December exam. Many of the colleges/universities won't take Exam scores taken after the application deadline date. In addition, taking the exam(s) in June will allow the student to prepare properly on any areas they need help or assistance with.
