My visit to Jackson State!!

This past weekend I went to visit the campus of Jackson State...and I must say if my mind wasn't made then it is now...I didn't know what to expect when we were riding through the hood...but when we made it onto the campus I was amazed...It was nothing like I expected...I have visited many Hbcu's but they weren't that nice...I mean the campus was huge and they were working on building a new student union that is supposed to have a ballroom and they are thinking about putting a movie theater inside...so if you were thinking about going but aren't sure then take my word when I say here is no other school like JSU!!!!

Gurl, I haven't been there yet, and I am pretty sure I am going. Is it really nice? I have been hearing soooooooo many different things! I just hope I like it...lol!

yed it is...did u ever watch the BET show about the band and football team at Gramblin?...well the footage they showed of the students walkin through the neighborhood is the same way the neighborhood looks...but maybe not as bad...but once u step into those big black gates of the campus its a totally different story...I know i heard a lot about it too but to be able to see for myself I was not bad at all and they have remodeled a lot of things on the campus and I hope they finish the new student union before we graduate. Hopefully we'll be in the same dormatory..then i'll have somebody to talk to..lol...till then holla at me
