New organization takes on Black America's challenges. Looking to bring about change and harmony our mission is to restore self-respect, dignity, pride and honor not only for the contemporary Black but for our forebearers as well who for the most part have been disavowed and ignored. Their sacrifices and their abilities to overcome stupendous hardship is no longer going to be overlooked. We owe it to our forefathers to stop this madness surrounding the demeanor of embracing a word that was used to degrade and demean them...the n-word.

I'd like to commend you on this project; it is definitely a step in the right direction. We share a common vision, and we should talk.
