years now and the other night she told me that the hot attraction for me isn't there. The way she feels about me is like as a good friend.
We do love one another and this is the girl I want to share my life with forever. How can I move from the good friend position to the boyfriend spot and kindle a flame within her for meand just be happy together?

And since a "hot" relationship takes two people to make it work, you wanting it is not enough. The romantic feelings that she had have faded into comfortable familiarity which sometimes happens between a couple. Then all they have is dependence as each is too afraid to let go and move on to what COULD be, too stuck on keeping what they have now that isn't working.
