1st Annual Columbus Model Quest Contest™

Contestant Rules and Requirements:
1 MALE & 1 FEMALE winner with a “Fresh New Face”
[CONTACT STYLE-OLOGY LLC FOR AN APPLICATION]
>>ALL submissions due by January 8, 2007<<
Qualifications:
*Between the age of 18 to 27 (applicants will be asked to show proof of age with ID)
*Females: 5’5” and up, evenly proportioned, in good shape and clear complexion
*Males: 5’6” and up, evenly proportioned, in good shape, and clear complexion
*LITTLE to NO experience, undiscovered talent (professional models will be disqualified)
*All ethnicities welcomed
*Must be an Ohio resident
*Models MUST be available January 13th-17th 2007
*Finalist must be available for ALL face-to-face interviews (with a FULL JUDGE PANEL) and sessions (you are welcomed to bring a guest)
*ALL applicants MUST provide the minimum materials as listed for each entry to be considered (all materials become property of Style-ology LLC and will NOT be returned):
-Submit 2 COLOR photos: 1 head shot, one head-to-toe view (HIGH QUALITY color copies will be accepted)
-Submit a minimum 1-page letter about why you deserve this opportunity (include your contact information and a “working” e-mail address).
