Question for the fellas- give me some good feedback men!!

So here's the deal, me and a few of my friends were discussing what qualities we wanted in a man. We all said he should be doing something with his life- either working or in school, have goals that he's working towards, have respect for women, have a positive attitude....to be honest the list was a lil long, lol. So one of my friends said that the rest of us were asking for too much, that we were too picky. I told her that I'm sure men had a pretty long list of qualities that they were looking for in women too. So I wanna know what qualities r u men looking for in women- personality, looks- everything?
