Justice was served.....Not!!!

I don't know if any of ya'll heard about the boy that got beat up by the cops at a gas station in Inglewood, CA that happened about 3 years ago?? Well, if u don't know then I will tell u a lil brief story about it. A boy and his father pulled n2 the gas station 2 get some gas and the police came up to the father and arrested him becuz his tags were expired and I guess he had a warrant or somethin' like that. The son came out and the officer told the boy to get out the car and put his up, he supposedly refused. So the officer wrestled him to the ground and cuffed him. Well, the boy was unconscious and the officer picked him up and slammed him n2 the police car then began 2 sock him n the face while he was already handcuffed. More cops had came by this point for what reason I don't know. All of this was caught on videotape. Well the officer was taken to court and the battle was a long one. it was unjust. It was called the Rodney King Beating of 2002. Well the officer that used excessive force was suspended but the funny thing was that the officer countersued and won $500,000 and got the job back. Now why did he get anything??? To let ya'll know, I'm telling u this becuz this was my cousin and I just wanted to know if justice was served. Even though my cousin is gettin money too (I mean a lot of money!!!) I didn't think this was handled the way it should have been. No amount of money will heal my cousin's wounds becuz he is scarred for life. How would you feel if this was your family member or even u?
