I just have a testimony i had to share with my HBCU Family. Early sunday morning my car was broken into through the back window, which was already kinda messed up(the window), so to me it was a blessing in disguise because i got it fixed at no cost to me, my insurance paid for most of it. The rest i had to pay for but the day before i took it to the shop i got a $200 check in the mail and i have a $250 deductable.
So while my car is in the shop i need a car. Luckly my dad travels sometimes and is gone for 2 weeks so i didnt need to rent a car i just drove his.
May not seem major to you but i know this could have went way worse. I could of had to pay for the whole thing whch i cant afford. or maybe catch a ride to work i go to work at 6:30am (my husband goes at 4am) go to class at 11:30am-12:45 and leave to class at 4-8:15 so it wouldnt only be difficult for me but for whoever had to drag me around place to place.
I just wanted to share that with yall. and Thank God again
