Phil 1:27
Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith of the gospel.
Psalm 32:8
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.
1 Pet 1:2
Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
Hosea 4:6-7
my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.
Everyday is an important day, and every second is a growth opportunity to deepen your character, to demonstrate your love or depend on GOD.

Character Development:
There is no growth w/o change; there is no change w/o fear or loss; and there is no loss w/o pain.
1) God's word provides the truth we need to grow
2) God's people provides the support we need to grow
3) Circumstances provide the environment we need to practice Christ likeness

1) A purpose to live for
2) People to live with
3) Principles to live by
4) A profession to live out
5) Power to live on
*Hope comes from having a purpose.
