Don't Let Them
When it comes down to the ability of people and the talents that they have, there is always a person out there who wants to hold someone back from what they want to do. Telling them that their not smart enough or not ready for something that they have been waiting for, for so long. Why is that, why would someone want to waste their energy on trying to break someone's dreams when they can be using that energy to produce their own dreams?
Dont Let Them
I have heard some many remarks toward me going far away for college and not being able to make it there. But i worked hard to get where i am no lies i swear. I feel that I am whatever i want to be and however i want to be so why must they look at my negatives, why can't they see that im really just trying to be me?
Dont let them tell you your not good enough for college, that there are others things better to do with your time. How is there anything better than furthering your education in your prime. God's sent me a sign that a HBCU is the place for me to be so i dont care what other say im going to go and be me.
Break away from the negative that people show, face your fears and fight the tears cause they will only bring you down and let alone slow. Dont bend your dreams to fit others reality because in reality your dreams are your reality not theirs.
So dont let them tell you that your not good enough to feel and do whats right for you. Only you can be you, you know the true you. So run away from your negatives cause they'll only break you to pieces causing your like to fold like creases.

TRUE! So TRUE! I am working full time and and going to school full time!! People tell me its impossible all the time!! They love to exaggereate my faults and the mistakes I may make along the way!! Keep doing you!! And spread the determination that you have!! They're are many among us who do not have that same tenacity. All attempt to influence those around you!! How strong can you reall appear to be is evryone else around you is weak. And remember the support you will always have is from one who will always be you friend - JESUS CHRIST!!!
