hu im waiting
has anyone heard anything from howard about parent plus loan or freshmen scholarships yet. i havent and im getting worried i need to know something know. r all the freshmen that r going 2 hu arriving on august 19 and if so r ur parents staying a a hotel so they can go 2 the parent orientation august 20. let me know something.
well i had a 25 on my ACT when i 1st applied to howard then i retook it and scored 26 so i called up there to see if i could still receive a scholarship. the lady that was over the freshmen scholarship, Ms. Princess Smith, is no longer with them and that was who i had been talkin to and e-mailin about my lil problem. so there is a new man by the name of like Marcus Decosta and he is now in charge of the freshmen scholarships and he told me that if i call in like 2 weeks they should be able to tell me if i can still receive a scholarship because by then they will have figured out how much money they have left over from those that did not accept and etc..so that is all i know...good luck though and let me know sumthin if u find out any new info!
