Well, I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say, "And what's up wih these girls that have a man that is willing but they act stupid and won't let him take care of his child. I don't know about the next female [,] I would rather have a FATHER for mine than to get a check."
Anyway, I was caught up in listening to other women putting me down because I didn't have a man - then, in an err to "have a man," I ended up settling for losers. I mean males who didn't want to provide money or emotional support for my child.
I had to hit rock bottom before I realized that I had to prioritize what I was doing and stop trying to please everyone else by proving that I could find a man to do anything for me, including help me raise my child.
There are few REAL MEN, at least from my perspective. Yeah, you'll hear a lot about the importance of having a male role model in a child's life, but sometimes you have to just do the best you can without one - That is, of course, until God sends you the right person.
Realistically though, a broke (for an extended period of time) man, or woman for that matter, can only go but so far in the real world. "Love, unfortunately, does not conquer all."

I agree, but what can you do? As long as people don't change their way of thinking, things won't change.
