Will the Blacks of New Orleans vote Nagin again?

Im not a native of NO but I do know that they are now voting for their next Mayor. Ray Nagin is running against some other guy. Do ya believe is "black vote" is needed? He stated that he wants to "bring the chocolate back to New Orleans". So do you think he win or are the people not intrested in going back to LA and not pleased w/ the reconstrcution of NO after Wilma
