what the hell is wrong with these b*tchs????!!!

I understand that most of the people at HBCUs already started having warm weather but let me tell you.....in NYC it has been in the 50s for the longest....So we got 65 degrees yesterday and tell me why (it was still chilly) and these stupid ass females got on mini skirts ( you know the kind that when you sit down you sittin on your ass) with these damn rain boots and no tights on....But today was a lot worse it was 70 degrees and these unstable females had on halter tops, belly shirts, shorts, sandals , and shorter skirts....Most of the girls got sent home from my school . Now thats a damn shame ,my question is this Do these girls have no type of pride or self respect that they feel like the have to come to school like that? and where the HELL are their parents? i just had to put these damn females on blast dressing like some damn hoes at school when its cool outside.....I wonder what will happen when the weather reaches 80?? imma keep yall posted........holla at me if yall see this happening too!!!
