hit and run

so yesterday im goin to my dentist appointment and i ended up getting there early b/c no one was there so i decided to go to a store and chill in there until it was time to go back so i parked my car in back of this truck that had like this railing on the back of it by the time i came back out and it turns out that the guy that parked in front of me hit my car....now mind u i just got my car like 2 weeks ago and already it has been hit .....and the bad thing the guy didnt stick around to at least talk to me he just left...asshole
