"Rebuild Bay County" event held at FSU Panama City
A local organization has been working to help those in need after Hurricane Michael.
HBCU Adventures held its second Rebuild Bay County event from 11 am to 5 pm Saturday at the Florida State University Panama City campus.
There were various vendors there to help anyone who came, whether they were looking for a contractor or just had questions. There were roofers, contractors, and other companies there.
HBCU said the organization completes a background check on every vendor before the event to make sure that they are actually licensed.
Those with the group said they will be holding another event March 16th at Mosley High School.
