Just drive off

Friday I was driving home and both of my little brothers were in the car, some stupid person ran the stop sign and hit my car. No my car isnt the latest not even close but it is the only thing that I have right now. I wasn't upset because they hit my car but the didn't stop to see if anybody was okay. I was more scared for my brothers than myself. What if one of them had've gotten hurt or worse! How could they just hit me and drive off like nothing happened.
