Maturing or being snobby?

Tiffany Marshall · Wednesday, March 29th 2006 at 9:13AM · 106 views
I pose this question because someone asked me. I used to hang in a group of about 6 girls and I would say that we were never up to any good. We werent fighting or causing drama, we'd just TALK about people ALL THE TIME! I had to change my ways. This meant not being in the click. I started to do me...trying to become a better person and grow up! So I ask yall...is this a foolish act or what? I think im doing the right thing.

Getting out of the habit of constantly talking about people is a good thing 2 do & a good move 2 make...if that means u gotta get out the clique 2 do it, then that'z what u got 2 do...but if u can still be cool wit your friends & not participate in the conversations about other people then be with your friends.

i think so too. it comes a point in everyones life that they realize some of the stuff they are doing and the people they been hanging wit is childish. talkin about people is very childish and pointless. wat good is it doing. NONE. so i think you did the right thing and if your frens cant handle that then they just havent matured yet. but God bless.

If i told u that u were doing the wrong thing, I'd be a hypocrit to the fulllllllllllllest. Im also in your position...Im one of the two people in my clique that actually going to college. I've been asked how come I dont chill anymore but, I really never have time. Im ready to graduate and be about my business. I try to stay in contact as much as possible though. So if not being in the click has gotten you on track, then you are doing the right thing. Just dont lose contact. Good Luck
