Damned if I do you, damned if I don't
I was talking to my roomate about s*x... we both came to this conclusion; I'll be damned if I do you, and damned if I don't."
I'm sure it comes as no surprise that guys are talking about s*x just as much as women do. But I like to be realistic. I'm not affraid to tell my "hommies" that I didn't "hit" because I thought that I would be "damned" if I did.
And for being a passer-by instead of doing my deed, guess what... I become "damned" because I didn't. Chastized, scorned, dreaded as wak cuase I didn't achieve the poon-tang! Damn, why is it like that?
The thing is, I think a lot of guys just "hit" because it scores big with friends. Yet at the moment, they don't REALLY want to do it. Most of the time, the girls who want to lay down with you aren't even what thay want in a woman. I'm knowin' that a lot of the girls that will let me in on the "goodies" are no-good, and most other guys know it too. So, THE BIG QUESTION IS: What makes the guys damn themselves to unwanted s*x?
Here's a buch of reasons me and my roomate came up with:
1. She's got ass-etts
2. She has a rack
3. She's s*xy
4. She has nice legs
(basically, something is phisically attractive about them)
5. She wants to give it to you/hard to resist
6. I ain't had none in a while, easy "cum-up" (lol)
7. She already did you a s*xual favor, why not finish...? (nasty, right?)
8. If you don't tell, I won't tell
9. I feel like "hittin' something" because thats on me and the hommies agenda tonight
10. I'm bent and she's ready
11. She ain't been game for this since I've known her. But hell, she's game tonight!!!
The list goes on and on... However, last and certainly not least is this:
12. (But it shoulda' been number one to me): Just another one I can tell the hommies about.
Go ahead, boo me. I didn't make it up. Unfortunately, it's the nature of the beast. Which brings me to a little more good discussion...
All of the aformentioned factors come at untimely times. What makes them untimely is that these things happen at times when guys are weak. I think we can all relate to one or more of these experiences, guys and girls.
But since when did we get so weak, to the point that we ignore our own GOOD consciences completely? Why do we turn animal-like for the poon? Prime example: Me and the hommies (my home girls and my home boys) got our hands on the R-Kelly "piss on you" tape. We were all hyped and realdy to watch that joint.
Turns out we ALL were extremely digusted at what we saw on that tape. It wasn't a joint no more, it was pure trash. It was animal, his demeanor to those women, and every single one of us was grossed out.
The tape damned Kellys career... he'll never be the same. So what am I saying? I'm saying that you are damned if you do because the circumstances that follow such actions can be life changing in countless ways.
The only way you are "damned if you don't" is because the hommies thought you should have hit. Doesn't it seem so simple now?
Yet, this phenominon is something we males have been struggling with since the beginning of time. Ask Solomon, and those other guys who were polygamous (webster: having more than one mate at a time). I bet they were in over their heads. (Get it, ovber their heads?lol)
Enough of my corny jokes, last thing... it's important:
I thought I'd talk about a serious issue that many could relale to. So, AS A FUN EXERCISE, TELL US MORE REASONS GUYS FALL TO THE POON TANG! JUST ADD TO THE LIST!
Finally, make sure to tell us of your feelings about this subject. I think it is something that can make us ALL stronger with some dialogue and the help of God. It's this mantality that's tearing down our people. It is this mantality that I am seeking to abandon, and that I am open to talk to my friends about now. Once I've made it my intent to proclaim to my friends that it just ain't right, they only agree and start asking themselves questions the've need to ask themselves for a long time. Do I really need to do this, instead of the careless question: "damned if I do, damned if I don't."
We are not damned if we don't. We're only damned if we do. Now beat it! (lol, another one of my corny jokes!)
Peace,
Mike Grant

i totally agree with everything you said. s*x is becoming all too common to everyone, just another item on the "to-do" list. people aren't thinking about who or why they choose to lay down with. it's becoming a huge problem for the younger generations, they see us and think it's cool because we say it is. but it all needs to stop. s*x without love and emotion is empty and when that young lady wakes up in the morning, she feels less of herself because she knows that she got nothing out of it and the guy thinks nothing of it because she just another name to add to the list. my people fail to due a lack of knowledge. we need to educate ourselves and each on the dangers of promiscuity and free s*x. we are making hard on ourselves, it's going to be hard finding a mate, due to the fear that they've been with so many other people and you're afraid catch something. something needs to change or we are all doomed! holla back
