TeachPinellas Is Hiring!
The TeachPinellas program is calling on outstanding individuals to become teachers in Pinellas County Schools. TeachPinellas focuses on recruiting diverse cultural and ethnic populations who will use their knowledge, experience and records of achievement to positively change the lives of students in Pinellas County Schools. We welcome professionals from all fields, community members, and recent college graduates.
After intensive preparation, TeachPinellas participants will begin teaching full-time in August 2006 while pursuing their permanent Florida teacher certification.
Individuals interested in secondary education, teaching exceptional student education (special education), English, math, or science are encouraged to apply. No previous experience in education is necessary. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
