How many times do I have to take this annoying test I've taken it twice the first time I took it my reading score was Great!! but my math was horrible and I feel this is going to lower my chances with College

actually it probaby won't, i know i took it 3 times, and i ended up with a 600 reading and low math, den a 600 math and low reading, but colleges take da highest, so i qualified for a full tution and fees scholarship. don't worry so much gurlie, you'll be fine ;)
