Why? (a poem)

Why do this have to be the way they are?
Why do I push away my feelings so far?
Why'd you go away,
before we got to meet for wne day?
WHY?
Why does the sky seem so high?
Why'd you leave me without saying good-bye?
Why's the night feel like it'll never end?
Daddy I wish we could've at least been friends.
WHY?
Why does heaven seem so far away?
Daddy I wish you could have stayed.
Why does the rain fall so far?
Daddy why didn't I grow to be as tall as you are?
WHY?
Why do people say different is ok?
Did all those people have their daddy around to stay?
Why do people say they know how I feel?
When at home they have their daddy's to fix them a meal?
WHY?
Daddy don't worry,
I'll be okay.
This pain I feel inside will go away,
someday.
