WELL TO EVERYONE IN THE CLASS OF '06, WE FINALLY MADE IT. ON MY BIRTHDAY WHICH IS DECEMBER 20TH, I RECIEVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM NORFOLK STATE. MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST CHOICE, SO I GLANCED AT THE LETTER AND TO MY AWAITING MIND I READ THAT I HAD BEEN ACCEPTED. WHEN I TELL PEOPLE THAT, THEY DON'T WANT ME TO GO CAUSE THEY SAY THAT IT IS JUST LIKE GOING TO STATE. INSPITE OF WHAT PEOPLE SAY, CAUSE I REALLY DON'T CARE, MORE THAN LIKELY I WILL BE ATTENDING NORFOLK STATE IN THE FALL OF 2006!!! TO TOP THAT I GOT A 27 ON MY ACT AND A 1200 ON MY SAT (I WILL BE TAKING THIS OVER). I AM VERY HAPPY AND PROUD OF MYSELF FOR ALL OF MY ACCOPLISHMENTS THIS YEAR AND THROUGHOUT LIFE. I JUST WANTED FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!!

Congrats on LIFE! You seem very proud and that's good. Good luck at Norfolk too, that's too crazy you got it on your birthday. Did they let you know about any scholarship money yet? With an ACT score of 27, you better be getting something...Congrats again. -Kam

I visited that school when it was hosting the national association of african american honors program conference. It a nice campus. Congratulations for getting in. Norfolk is a nice city. There is a soul food restaraunt that has good live music. Enjoy.
