HBCU's That No Longer Exist
Does anyone know of the HBCU'S that have closed. Do you know where I can find the information? Thank you very much. :)
Thanks to Ms. K. Dawson, Bishop College is one of the HBCU's that was closed.
Here is some info:
1881
___ Bishop College opened in Marshall , thanks largely to the efforts of President Rufus Burleson at Baylor University and the gifts of Col. Nathan Bishop, former secretary of the American Baptist Mission Society of New York City.
1988
___ Bishop College closed
