Why is there the lack of institutional foundation in the black Hebrew Isrealite
Though some Hebrew Isrealite camps are starting to establish themselves in this country and build synagogues for themselves, the vast majority of Hebrew camps are relegated to shouting on street corners and producing nothing of substance for black people.
