I know that the ministry has to be supported. But rumor has that Bishop T.D. Jakes was asked by a female to preach at her church. Guess how much he charged them? A full $20,000! A full $20k to preach at church? W.W.J.D.? IS THIS RIGHT??????

no, i dont really even go to church, unless God himself is gonna talk then there isnt any reason for him to charge that much money to go and preach at someone elses church. thats why i stand were i am now. hw aint in it for "GOD" he in it for the "CREAM". So she can pay that $20k if she want to. but that n*gga worth it. i mean if she just really want them to hear him speak, then pack everyone on the shurch van and pay a little visit to the Potter's House. however much it cost for them to get therewill probably a whole lot cheaper when you can just go straight to the source.

No minister has no right to charge anyone $20,000 for a show. That's ridiculous. It's supposed to be done out of love...not because of the money...

This is a deep blog, I really like T.D., have been to megafest, saw him in Jax, listen to his CD's and watch him on TBN.
He is a man and right is right and wrong is wrong. Fairly more details are needed for me to make a fair comment.
I do see excess that is obvious by many in the Ministry.
Good job to post your convictions.
I know that took courage. Be You, folow "God" and You keep up Your good work You are designed to do.

All I know is that is awful. To charge that much is just robbing the church. I know many people who would have came and delivered the word for no charge at all. I mean if you are invited most people take up a love offering and give it to you as a token of their love and appreciation. Most preachers I know don't expect you to foot the bill. You were invited you didn't have to accept the invitation that is just wrong to do that to people and still expect the Lord to Bless you.
