Did God create a perfect world, yes and no!
I have to be careful explaining the 5% difference, but still is a perfect creation. Let's first say that if it was a perfect world then wouldn't have been necessary for God to give man a brain or have free will. Creation would work like a timepiece or watch never stopping or need fixing.
It was never God's intention that creation should work like a timepiece. Consequentially, man's free will and have been a brain to plan and reason the future and fix the problems of the present makes up the perfection of God's creation.
In other words, the moving parts in God's creation like natural catastrophes and problems like homos*xuality/lesbianism God gave man the responsibilities to work out these problematic moving parts in creation for the better and not for the worse.
Dumb Black American Christian pastors has an opposite concept. They believe that creation would have been perfect if Adam and Eve did not disobey God and was allowed to stay in the Garden of Eden. Then that would mean that free will and a brain is unnecessary in the Garden of Eden but outside the Garden of Eden free will and brain is necessary.
I know that I am right because the next step in the story the serpent beguiled Eve and Eve did eat of the forbidden fruit. The concept of what the serpent did was activated man's brain and free will that God gave man to handle himself in the natural world outside the Garden of Eden.
At this junction the analytical and rational conclusion is that man was not intended to live in the Garden of Eden as the dumb Black American Christian pastors were taught by White America to believe.
