The New African American
I think that with African Americans not being given the proper chances to succeed or advance on jobs that it is time for us to stop focusing so much on job attainment and start working together to form more businesses so that we don't have to work for other people and be limited to what they want to offer us.
We know we are worth more and so do they but they're not going to give it to us so we have to take it for ourselves. We all know the main reason they try to keep us in jail is to limit the types of jobs we can attain.
If we work together to create more businesses it wont matter if we continue to get arrested. When we come back out of jail we'll still have a job waiting for us. This is a time for us to pull together.
The Pearlz and LaCe Entertainment's
Black America Entreprenuership Fund will be used to fund African American Buisness Startup projects. PLEC will also hold business and entreprenuership classes taught by experienced professionals that will assist attenders throught all phases of business start up and operations.
The professionals will even be available after course graduation to assist with problems that may arise out of day to day business operations.
PLEC will have a lifelong commitment to assist all program attendees with all future projects.
Meaning once you have one business up and running smoothy we will assist you in building more and more.
Our goal is to spread more and more African American Businesses throughout the country and eventually around the world.
