Edwards Thirteenth, Tigers Eighth after 36-holes

The Tennessee State women’s golf team completed 36-holes on day one of the 1st Annual Western Kentucky Lady Topper Classic. The Tigers currently sit in eighth place with a 106-over, 682 on the par-72, 6,027 yard, Bowling Green Country Club. Play was delayed at the start due to frost, but the day produced good playing conditions as temperatures reached the low 70’s. The host Hilltoppers posted a 32-over, 608 to hold the lead heading into the final round.
