New York City sees decline in crime, number of stop-and-frisks executions

Both serious crime and the stop-and-frisks practice are on the decline in New York City. Some former police officials hailed the practice as necessary to maintain order in the city, but new information shows the opposite. NYC has seen 18.5% fewer murders, 13.5% fewer shooting and police have conducted fewer stop-and-frisks. Thoughts on the report? Is this just what was needed to expose to truth about stop-and-frisks?
