I want to go off my usual for a moment!
American people elects a president to mainly protect American from outside attack am I right. And, the citizens empanels a police force to be protected from inside attack right. So, we are dealing with protection for all.
When a president is elected the American people is essentially saying we trust you more than any one else that could have been president am I right.
In the president’s job and efforts to protect American the president sees it necessary to know are there any terrorist with in America. To do so any form of communications between citizens are necessary. That is a no brainer!
Inter-communications were going on between the 911 hijackers. Inter-communications were going on before the Boston bombing right.
So, why would the government be wrong in an effort to protect American citizens by monitoring the inter-communications of terrorist inside American's borders?
If you are not communicating with know suspected terrorists you will not come up in the radar scene am I right. So, what is the big deal about monitoring phones and internet?
