The Tables Have Turned

Am I the only displaced student that have hard times with the school that took us in. I go to Southern University now and i(ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE DISPLACED STUDENTS) sign a paper sayin that all of our fees were waived. Now were getting Bills from Southern from $200 to $4000 whats up with that. I called financial aid and they tell me that I was supposed to pay for my own tuition. Ok the tables did a WHOLE 360 on me and others.

My friend that also is displaced, she goes to Tennesse State and they told them the same thing and they cant get their transcript back without paying..but TN State also offered to waived their bills. So whats going on? Why no one talks about the how bad they treat the displaced students?
