gangs, weed all types of stuff
why are these kids tryna act so tough?
lights getting cut off, trust me life is rough
we need to watch what we say in our music
bein' free is a privilege so don't abuse it
i got a message and i know how to use it
life is like eminem, in a second you could jus' loose it
Kids askin' fa squares
sayin' weed gets rid of all their troubles and cares
they gettin' mixed in a ll different affairs
they say cussin' is the way to get down with it
playin' games to see how many times they can hit
makin' money with illegal flicks, how we gonna stop all a this?
ever since those 9/11 terrorist attacks
so many people have been dyin' in Iraq
But neva mind that cuz all that matters it that you got that g'd and fitted hat
we got the bloods, the crips and GDK
so many kids gettin' shot each day
no parents around they gettin' led the wrong way
why does this happen this is the land of the free
parents should never have to go through this grief
go to the kitchen if you wanna get involved in some beef
drinkin' and drivin' jus seemed so cool
but when you kill your friends you end up a fool
this neva would have happened if you had followed the rules
kids are goin' to parties jus' to have some fun
who woulda thought someone was gonna bring a gun
locked up in a jail cell now you the only one
my main guy Terrance G
got shot at the young age of 15
all we could do was pray
we thank God that he's alive today
but that didn't end the same way for Ike
only 23 he lsot his life
it all started with beef
now his blood stains lay on the street
we need to join together and make all a' this stop
so parents don't have to choose thier children's plot
16 year old girls gettin' called baby mama
wutz up with the world, wutz up with the drama
teenage boys worryin' bout how the bada-bing gon go bada-boom
and how they gon get girls in their bedroom
hormones racin' like zoom
kids gettin' bullied but teachers ain't stopin' it
lil gurlz worryin' bout whoz the ish
and heaven forbid they geta zit
some of em ain't even got food on they dish
we need to join forces so we can stop all of it
it's gettin' harder and harder fa me to handle it
i had a friend feelin' upset
i had a hunch
i sat and talked to her and found out she tried to kill herself once
now she plannin' on doin' it again
lord help her please dont' let her life end
she was goin' through some stuggles and didn't know what to do
all these things goin' on in her life, man i had no clue
we prayed together and then talked some more
found out her family was poor
and all she needed was a friend for support
her problems may not all go away
but i'm glad now she's got a smile on her face
and that tears of happiness are streamin
and the tears of sadness have gone the other way
reach for the stars, have big dreams
you can reach 'em you jus gotta believe
life can be harsh and you may come upon many problems
but if you work hard, you'll be able to solve 'em
don't forget your friends are always there you jus' gotta call 'em
life isn't always fair
you may not have the best clothes or the greatest lookin' hair
but you're an individual jus let the others stare
one day you could become a celebrity
or a doctor or teacher, maybe even be on jeopardy
no matter what your life's dream is
jus remember you can always achieve it!

I happy to see that a beautiful young lady such as yourself took time out to discuss life in a real sense and not like a fairy tale or a pretty picture. More people should be a positive force that demands change and set high goals.

Keep repping the realness of life, and keep your head up.

Nice...very nice. I couldn't really catch the beat...but I guess that's because I rap a little different from you. I like how you touched on the real things...kind of like a female Eminem. Good stuff...
