The "PERFECT GUY"
This is a poem that I feel expresses my emotions fully about the "PERFECT GUY" and why it is sooo D*** hard to find him. I don't expect anyone else to say that they feel the same way because maybe thay want something different. I do feel that there are some good men left and everyday I'm hoping that my "KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR" will save me.
Is it so hard to find the right guy,
is it that my standards are too high?
All I ask for is someone to be true,
who will listen and try to understand some of the things I go through.
And if he goes through the wire and he needs me to ride,
I won't ask questions and I be by his side.
I just want somebody to except me for me,
don't base our relationship on what you see.
'Cuz I'm not perfect, I have imperfections too,
I don't want to feel like I have to hide them from you.
I don't want perfecton or the "PERFECT MAN",
just someone who will at least try to understand.
As you see my standards aren't too high,
I just want to be with the right guy.
So if you are real, true and fly,
then for this position you MUST apply.
So how do you feel LADIES AND FELLAZ.
